What we collect

When you request a pilot: your name, business name, trade, WhatsApp number, postcode area, and which advert or page you came from.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about the pilot and, if you become a customer, to provide the service. Lawful basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business: Cloudflare (hosting), Meta (WhatsApp messaging), and [lead storage tool, e.g. Google Workspace]. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a customer, we delete your details within 6 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by messaging or emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use one optional analytics cookie, the Meta Pixel, to measure which adverts bring visitors to this page. It only loads if you click "Allow". We remember your choice in your browser.

Customer data for businesses using InstantReply

When we run the service for your business, your customers' messages are your data. We act as your processor under a written data processing agreement, and delete the data when you leave.
