Straight answers
Will my customers know they are talking to AI?
Yes, if they ask, and we recommend a short line such as "I'm Smith Plumbing's assistant". Customers mostly care about a quick, clear answer. You can take over the chat whenever you like.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We connect to your existing WhatsApp Business number, or set up a new business number if you'd rather keep personal and work separate. Missed-call replies work with your current mobile or landline.
How long does setup take, and what do I need to do?
About 20 minutes of your time on a call. We ask about your services, area, rough prices and working hours, then set everything up and send you a test conversation to approve before it goes live.
What if it gives a customer the wrong answer?
It only uses the information you've approved. If a question falls outside that, it says you'll get back to them and alerts you. You see every conversation, and you can correct its answers at any time.
What happens to my customers' data?
Messages go through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your customer data is used only to run your service, is never sold or used for marketing, and is deleted when you leave. We sign a data processing agreement with every business.
What happens after the free pilot?
Nothing, unless you choose a plan. We never take card details for the pilot, so there's nothing to cancel. If you continue, it's monthly with no contract.
